The proximity to work and the easy access to the metro and mall were fantastic. The room layout was clever and spacious, with a Netflix-ready TV that you could move around the room - even facing it towards the bed. The cleanliness and city view from the room were impressive, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast spread. The pool area decor could use some improvement for more shaded spots, and having a real fridge in the rooms would be a plus! 😉

I indulged in the chef's Hawaiian specialties - the Huli Huli Chicken Burger and Lomi Lomi Salmon. The artificial canal city views were mesmerizing. Enjoyed island-inspired cocktails for a steal! The hotel is minutes from a massive mall - shopping paradise! COP 28 and Dubai Expo city align on global goals. My suite? Total boss vibes. Pele Restaurant offers deals that kept me satisfied. The Otai Cotta was a sweet ending. caught camel racing - a quirky local tradition!

The hotel's proximity to this iconic destination allowed our family to indulge in diverse entertainment and culinary options, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My wife says that additional kids' activities would enhance the family experience.

The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the room I was assigned had a stunning view and was impeccably designed and cleaned. I particularly enjoyed the pool and breakfast, which were both excellent. the location, although a bit far from some attractions, is conveniently situated next to the metro and a huge shopping mall. the room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were attentive to all my needs.

Had an amazing stay near JBR Beach with comfy beds and great sleep. Breakfast needs more variety but LOVED the pool. Would stay again. Better than photos.

We were just a hop, skip, and jump away from Mall of the Emirates where we shopped 'til we dropped and hit the slopes at the indoor ski resort. The staff was super chill, especially Ian who hooked us up with the best dining spots and helped us relax with some yoga and meditation after a day of craziness. Plus, the football cup in Qatar was just a metro ride away for some next-level vibes!

I just wish the hotel had a cooler area for us party animals to hang out and meet up with locals for some wild nights out.

But, housekeeping played hide and seek with our iron, and carpets needed a lil' TLC. Still, the local eats near the hotel? A gastronomic dream come true! The hotel's contemporary decoration and plush living spaces made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the mall and the metro made it easily accessible for senior people like me.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is for the children of the staff to be more attentive and responsive to the needs of their older guests.

Despite minor inconveniences like limited storage space and an awkward payment process, my stay at the hotel was excellent value for money. the convenient location near the Dubai EXPO, the friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, and clean room with smart bathroom management made my experience memorable. I particularly appreciated the complimentary airport transfer and late-night dinner upon arrival, showcasing the hotel's hospitality.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with many transportation options nearby, such as the train station and the metro station. Plus, it's a stone's throw away from a huge shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. The breakfast hours are quite early and do not cater to late sleepers.
